You will possess the experience and knowledge of working in the HGV / Commercial vehicle market, to join a growing group, which currently turns over £50 million in sales a year. As a Dealer Principal, you will oversee and manage the efficient operation of your sites, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, team performance, and financial profitability. This role demands strategic leadership to develop business opportunities, enhance operational processes, and achieve key performance indicators in alignment with the Group's objectives. We're looking to speak with positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals with prior experience of working within the commercial truck market, specifically either DAF, Mercedes, Scania or Volvo. The Job: Commercial Vehicle Dealer Principal Ensure all branches comply with health and safety measures, following company and legal guidelines. Direct responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and site management within the region. Adhere to all dealership and company standards, including quality and environmental policies. Manage work in progress, warranty issues, contracts, and debtor processes efficiently. Spearhead marketing efforts to enhance the visibility and success of the region. Facilitate staff training to maintain high standards of customer service. Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely service delivery. Achieve and maintain dealership standards and KPIs, strengthening partnerships. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build a strong, positive team culture in line with company values. Collaborate with departments across the region to foster a cohesive team environment.
