Conduct data quality reviews to support programme targets and validate technologies. Develop and maintain in-house data tools, calculations, and parameterisation processes. Ensure test facilities deliver repeatable and regulation-compliant measurements. Lead correlation exercises across test operations and facilities. Continuously improve measurement quality through equipment and method reviews. Analyse test results and initiate corrective actions where necessary. Collaborate on projects to enhance test bed consistency and repeatability. Support team KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance data quality. Research and implement best practices in data quality and test field efficiency. Mentor and coach team members in data validation and management techniques. Skills & Experience: Essential: Degree in natural science, mathematics, engineering, or computing. Proficiency in programming (preferably Python). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) for data systems and pipelines. Strong data analysis skills including hypothesis testing and uncertainty analysis. Ability to influence engineering decisions through data insights. Familiarity with physical measurement equipment and KPI development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable: Academic thesis or project in a relevant field. Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Knowledge of engineering and legislative measurement techniques. Experience in measurement science and equipment sensitivity.
