Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate effectively within the vehicle returns team  Assist customers with the return of their vehicle ensuring all administration and checks are performed accurately and efficiently. Deliver prompt and customer-centric service within a dynamic environment. Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and adeptly manage challenges in a bustling customer setting. Requirements Possess a full, valid, and clean driver's license with at least four years of driving experience. Exhibit exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Thrive in a fast-paced team setting, demonstrating adaptability. Maintain flexible availability, including availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Prior experience in car rental is advantageous. Training will be provided. Pay rate: £12.50 Shifts: Flexibility is required. Shifts are between 6am and 10pm however there are 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts.
