Customer Service Manager EIS - Aero Engine MRO - Shanghai, China. Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, China, are looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager for Entry into Service and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul to be engaged on their Civil Aero Engines in Shanghai. This will be a long term role. Fixed term contracts will be offered to the successful candidate. Job Responsibilities Responsible for EIS support and participation in the whole process of the project according to the EIS project plan; timely update the airline’s preparation progress and difficulties encountered in the project to the company, and track and promote the smooth progress of the project. Responsible for handling business issues, including customer expectation management, contract management, supporting engine leasing / lease surrender negotiations, and handling issues related to guarantee claims. Responsible for customer relationship management, including communication management with customers, customer satisfaction management, customer information management, customer relationship maintenance, and conveying customers’ true voices and demands to the company. Responsible for coordinating the company’s internal resource allocation. Responsible for reporting information on major events. Responsible for the management of the field service team, ensuring the smooth operation of the field service team, creating a good team atmosphere, and coordinating the division of labour of each member of the field service team. Job Requirements Postgraduate degree or above. Major in aero engine design, aero engine maintenance engineering, or other related aviation fields. Familiar with relevant civil aviation regulations, such as MD-FS-AEG006, CCAR-121, CCAR-145, etc. More than 6 years of working experience in civil aero engines, such as engine OEM R&D, engineering, customer service, etc., or more than 8 years of working experience in civil aviation engineering, such as engineering and technical management personnel of engines or aircraft in airlines or overhaul plants, fleet management, production control, quality management, etc. Relevant experience in long-term service agreements LTSAs, engine service plans ESPs, and OEM customer service models is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and coordination skills. Able to accept job requirements involving long-term dispatch or multi-site business trips.Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1 -3 years initial fixed term contract, with strong potential for renewal open.
