The successful candidate will be part of a growing company who offer rewarding careers and a forward thinking, inclusive working environment. The Candidate: We are looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Controller, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously. Reporting to the Maintenance Desk Manager, the ideal candidate will have: * Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not essential. * Customer service experience essential. * Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications. * Maintains own level of competence. Maintenance Controller Responsibilities: The role includes but is not limited to: * Answering the phones in a proficient manner * Emails responded to and up to date by end of the day. * Ensuring all breakdown calls are administered with appropriate actions and followed up. * Use of the appropriate party to attend breakdowns ensuring fix first time. * MOT and servicing bookings * keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring fleet are compliant * Leasing with third party recovery providers and organising replacement transport. * Escalation of any non-attendances to relevant line Supervisor Apply: To apply for the Maintenance Controller position, please send your CV to (url removed) or call Annika directly on (phone number removed)
