Customer Service Advisor / Front Of House / Sales Advisor We are looking to recruit a front of house customer service advisor for our busy family owned garage business. The roll will involve dealing with customers on drop off, collection and throughout the job process and informing them of required repair work, generating estimates and processing parts. The ability to use a computer is essential with our systems being online based. Automotive experience, especially dealership, is a massive advantage but not essential as the correct attitude we belive is far more important and full training is given to everyone, this is a diverse roll and you will develop skills in many different areas. We provide a friendly work environment with annual events which the team all enjoy together! We as a company have also won 2 local awards and been finalists in 2 national award, we always try to make improvements where ever we can, so a willingness to learn more and take on funded training is important.
