Steer Automotive Group is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team in LeicesterAbout the Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their experience with us is seamless, supportive, and stress-free. Whether arranging bookings, handling enquiries, or updating systems, your positive approach will set the tone for the entire repair journey. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full customer experience from first contact to vehicle return * Book appointments, arrange collections/returns, and keep customers informed * Handle inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries professionally * Maintain accurate records on internal systems and external portals * Assist in managing complaints and delivering timely resolutions * Help with logistics and occasionally move vehicles on-site * Meet individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction goals About You We’re looking for someone with: * Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience a bonus) * Strong communication skills — verbal and written * Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities * A proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure * Basic computer skills (MS Office experience preferred) * A friendly, team-oriented approach and a can-do mindset A good local knowledge of Leicester and surrounding areas for transport logistics is also helpful.
