As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Team based in Portsmouth/Hybrid. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will manage customer and escalated consumer complaints for the business and our customers. Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive will include: * Receive, log, process and track customer complaints adhering to agreed response and update timescales. * Pick up, process, and track escalated consumer complaints adhering to agreed response and update timescales. * Maintain the complaint log with agreed resolution, outcome and initial root causes identified. Post rectification follow up with consumer. * Build on existing and new customer relationships to assist in the day-to-day management of the account and any challenges. * Support Senior Customer Insight Manager. Skills and experience required as a Customer Relationship Executive: * Previous experience of dealing with customer/consumer complaints * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Creativity skills to help resolve complex problems. * Ability to demonstrate decisiveness on a consistent basis. * Accuracy and attention to detail * Proven ability to effectively meet deadlines. * Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional working relationships with people at all levels across the business and with our customers.
