Sytner Group are excited to offer a customer loyalty specialist role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.   Our customer loyalty specialists really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. You will responsible for making contact with our existing customer database, primarily customers who are returning to our servicing department.    You will offer a contract review and a valuation on their current vehicle as well as the opportunity to test drive our latest product should the customer wish to do so whilst visiting our dealership.    You will be the key point of contact for our returning customers, so it's crucial you get the service right and deliver a VIP experience for our loyal customer base.    Interested?
