We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist Customer Liaison advisor for our clients Accident Repair Centre site based in the Chesterfield area. Looking for someone who has previous experience within a customer facing role, with excellent customer service

Role: Customer Liaison

- Answering all calls queries
- Arranging collection of vehicles
- Arranging courtesy cars
- Keeping customers up to date with orders

Customer Liaison

- Showing clients and customers to their required destination
- Dealing efficiently with customer requests and queries, to ensure total customer satisfaction;
- Helping the Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards.
