Your key focus will be to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers. In addition to maintaining high levels of customer service you will also be responsible for supervising our Star Expert team. About you Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
