It's vital that you are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and instilling confidence in our services. You will be responsible for: * Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers * Administering customers files correctly, whilst building a genuine rapport * Handling telephone and email enquiries within the central hub * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals * Deployment of claims based upon a geographical area ​ Who we are looking for ​It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ​A professional telephone manner is essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email.
