Customer Contact Advisor As a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for maintaining a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work; you will look after our inbound service and maintenance bookings. You will be also making outbound calls to existing customers and produce service plan quotations. The ideal Candidate will have: Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Strong Administration skills including: diary management, time management and record keeping. Confident communication skills. Ability to work within a regulatory orientated environment. Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and maximise every sales opportunity. What can we offer?
