The successful candidate will be part of a growing company who offer rewarding careers and a forward thinking, inclusive working environment. The Candidate: We are looking for an organised and proactive complaints call handler, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously. Reporting to the Maintenance Desk Manager, the ideal candidate will have: Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not essential. Customer service experience essential. Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications. Maintains own level of competence.Maintenance Controller Responsibilities: The role includes but is not limited to: Answering the phones in a proficient manner Emails responded to and up to date by end of the day. Ensuring all breakdown calls are administered with appropriate actions and followed up. Use of the appropriate party to attend breakdowns ensuring fix first time. MOT and servicing bookings keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring fleet are compliant Leasing with third party recovery providers and organising replacement transport.
