In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of collecting vehicles from customers and transporting them to our site for repair work, ensuring timely and safe delivery back to customers. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount as you will be representing our company during these interactions. Key Responsibilities * Collect vehicles from customers and transport them to the repair site. * Deliver repaired vehicles back to customers promptly. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the process. * Adhere to legal requirements outlined in the Road Traffic Act. * Flexibility to cover other sites during annual leave and sickness absence periods. * Plan workload effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Work proficiently and safely under pressure. * Collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision. * Adhere strictly to Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining clean work areas.
