A reputable organisation is seeking a Fleet Manager to orchestrate their vehicle operations. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule on days, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. This role is guaranteed 6-month contract with the likelihood of longer and there are Perm opportunities for this position as well. Fleet Manager Specification As the driving force behind the fleet operations, the successful candidate will be entrusted with: * The oversight of vehicle maintenance, compliance with transport laws, and the efficient coordination of logistics. * The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage both the day-to-day and the long-term vision of the fleet's performance and productivity. * The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in fleet management, demonstrating a track record of success in overseeing a diverse range of vehicles and ensuring operational excellence. * A strong grasp of compliance regulations and an unwavering commitment to safety standards are paramount. * Exceptional leadership skills are essential, as the role involves guiding a dedicated team towards achieving organisational goals. Requirements * Be a current CPC Holder and have had this for a minimum of 2 years Fleet Manager Hours: You will work Monday to Friday on days. Circa 40 hours per week. The Pay: The pay rate is circa £32 - £40 per hour dependent upon experience, qualifications and Pay type. This role is available PAYE, Umbrella or LTD.
