About the Job Working in a busy environment with the contact centre team, you will be responsible for: * Managing our customer experience journey, including customer complaints and resolutions * Booking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returns * Answering and making phone calls * Updating insurance companies * Updating computer systems/portals * Ensuring daily KPI targets are achieved About You You will have prior experience in a fast paced customer service position, with the ability to: * Multi-task in a busy environment * Plan your workload effectively to ensure customers are updated to agreed timescales * Work accurately under pressure * Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision * Be flexible in your approach * Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind Experience within the automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
