Tyrefix is the leading service provider of tyre repairs and replacements to the off-highway market with over 100 breakdown vehicles nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched national breakdown service where our customers come first. Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an additional Contact Centre Administrator to support the existing team. Your overall responsibility will be to provide fantastic customer service to our clients over the phone and email, logging jobs, answering queries and investigating complaints. The Role * From £27,000 per annum (DOE) * 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm * Based in Ibstock, Leicestershire What you’ll be doing * First point of contact for all customer queries and complaints, both over the phone and email * Book jobs on the internal systems, ensuring all details entered are correct and accurate * Create invoices and ensure all details are correct before submitting for payment * Quality checking completed job cards to ensure all details are correct and accurate * Investigate and solve customer complaints What we’re looking for * Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure * Strong communication and great listening skills * Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multitask * Problem-solving skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs * Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Please note this role is office based, home working/hybrid working will not be considered.
