Our Client, a World recognised and respected Automotive OEM Manufacturer based in rural Warwickshire are actively seeking a talented Composite Trimmer with good all-round workshop skills to join their highly successful team with immediate effect for a period of approximately 3 months initially (Inside IR35). On offer to the successful candidate is a competitive, albeit negotiable hourly rate, albeit based on relevant experience. Your duties and responsibilities will be: To bond and assemble Automotive carbon fibre components utilising engineering drawings and build manuals.You will have the following qualifications & experience: Should ideally have a practical level qualification – e.g., an NVQ, apprenticeship in manufacturing, engineering, mechanical. Previous experience working in the Automotive manufacturing industry is essential. Should ideally have some experience working as Composite Trimmer/Laminator who is skilled in bonding and assembling carbon fibre components utilising engineering drawings and build manuals. Should ideally possess at least a few years’ experience in Trim specialisation with the abilities in Visual Parts, although additional training will be provided. Should be experienced working in a production environment and will be used to a fast-paced atmosphere. Will be able to check information on drawings is clear and that route card instructions are correct. Has good hand eye co-ordination with good problem-solving skills.
