Due to many modifications being made to their Formula 1 car they are looking for a variety of experienced motorsport trimmers to come in and support with this enticing 4-month project. Key Responsibilities of the role: * Trim, fit and bond carbon fibre components as specified in engineering drawings * Assembling moulds, jigs, and fixtures * A good problem solver, that has extensive knowledge of structural bonding of components to company specification * Experience delivering efficiently, accurately and to the highest quality on the agreed delivery date * An individual that is a team player and is willing to assist in other areas of the department The successful candidate will display the following attributes: * Significant experience of trimming/ fitting a broad range of composite materials in the F1 Sector/ for leading motorsport manufacturers * Experience working to tight deadlines * A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail * Ability to plan and prioritise workload and maximising the output with the available resources. * Flexibility and a can-do approach required. * Able to work with minimal supervision
