Working As part of the finishing team, you'll repair and finish gel coat surfaces and GRP composite mouldings. Your goal is to produce high-quality components for my client's boat manufacturing line. Your expertise in gel coat repairs, trimming, filling, fairing, and polishing ensures efficient and effective work. The Position is in the Marine industry, however my client is open to applications from other industries such as automotive and aerospace. Responsibilities: Finish GRP mouldings for boat construction. Repair gel coat surfaces. Trim, fill, and polish moulded components. Maintain high workmanship standards.Additional Duties: Assist in other manufacturing areas. Train new production operatives.
