CURRENT SHIFTS AVAILABLE AS OF 21/07 1X Dayshift, 2X Nights and 1X Weekend Dayshift This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the creation of high-performance components for an F1 team, with the potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre components to exact specifications using moulds and technical drawings Work from detailed lay-up books, patterns, and instructions to produce complex composite parts Operate within clean room conditions, ensuring minimal contamination and high-quality output Follow strict processes for vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparing parts for autoclave curing Carry out visual inspections for defects and adhere to all quality assurance protocols Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards Collaborate with the composite fitting and trimming teams where required Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in Formula 1 or significant experience in high-level motorsport/aerospace Expertise in pre-preg lay-up and cleanroom working environments Ability to interpret and follow detailed technical documentation Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of finish Proactive and flexible attitude to work, especially under tight deadlines Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills If you have the expertise and passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced motorsport environment, we would love to hear from you.
