Job Title: Composite Laminator Location: Berkshire Area Rate: £22.00 – £24.00 per hour Shift: Day Shift Contract: Ongoing Contract Overview: An opportunity is available for experienced Composite Laminators to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business within the Berkshire area. The company operates in a technically advanced sector, producing high-quality composite components for specialist applications. This is a day shift position offering competitive rates and ongoing contract work. Key Responsibilities: Hand lay-up of composite components (carbon fibre / glass fibre) Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Cutting, kitting and preparing composite materials Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for cure Trimming and finishing components to specification Maintaining high quality and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Composite Laminator Strong knowledge of carbon fibre and composite processes Experience with prepreg systems and vacuum bagging Ability to read and interpret technical drawings High attention to detail Experience within high-spec manufacturing environments desirable
