Composite Laminator Opportunity / Leading Formula 1 Team Location – Oxford Title – Composite Laminator Shift – 4 on 4 off | Mon - Thu  End Date – 3/6 Months Status – Inside of IR35 Salary - £26 (PAYE) Days | £31 (PAYE) Nights About An Opportunity has arisen to join one of the most established Formula 1 teams in the country.  There is a real forward drive happening with this client, with the winter build well under way. This business is actively recruiting for a skilled and experienced composite laminator that has experience working in the fast-paced motorsport sector. Ideally this client would be looking for an individual that has 5+ years’ experience operating as a composite laminator within a fast-paced formula 1 / motorsport environment. Key Responsibilities Assembling carbon fibre components utilising engineering drawings and build manuals Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products Ensure materials used are as specified and laid up in accordance with lay-up instructions and / or the manuals Laminate with good attention to detail Vacuum bag parts to a high standard Assist as required in all aspects of Production including preparation of moulds and de-moulding Complete paperwork to the required standard Candidate specification The ideal candidate will have experience working in the automotive/ motorsport sector Good knowledge of laminating processes Ideally 2+ years’ experience working for a leading Formula 1 team The client is looking for an enthusiastic individual that is looking to build a long-term career with them Passionate about motorsport Ability to adapt and be flexible to customer requirements How to Apply - If you would like to apply for this position, then please do not hesitate to contact me on either (phone number removed)/ email me on (url removed)
