They are currently seeking a Composite Trimmer/Fitter with previous F1/Motorsport experience. Position Details: * Location: Italy * Position: Composite Trimmer/Fitter * Experience: F1/Motorsport * Duration: 3+ months, with the potential to become an ongoing opportunity * Pay Rate: Up to 28€/hour (depending on experience) Requirements: * Proven experience in composite trimming and fitting, with a focus on motorsport or Formula 1. * Proficiency in working with various composite materials and processes. * Strong attention to detail and precision. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. * Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards. * Full and unrestricted right to work in the EU. Key Responsibilities: * Trim and fit composite materials for the manufacturing of high-performance components. * Operate and maintain trimming and fitting equipment. * Ensure the quality and precision of composite components, meeting strict standards. * Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new composite solutions. * Troubleshoot and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
