Arden White are currently looking for a hungry driven Composite Engineer to be a key member of our Automotive clients' team and keep the cog turning of the day to day business. This role is open to experienced composite technicians with an engineering background who are interested in moving into an office-based role. What you will be doing. * Support annual budget process for composites * Support and report on all applicable KPI’s. * Support DFM (Design for Manufacture) of patterns, moulds and fixtures. * Support customer communication to ensure all project inputs are understood and documented. * Responsible for NPI quality control * Support kit templating processes * Responsible for shop floor manuals – layup, trim and assembly. * Support PPAP documentation compilation and submission. * Support IATF processes and documentation. * Lead all customer concern activities during ramp-up stage. * Support and promote Plant safety. * Responsible for ensuring Plant Housekeeping standards are set and maintained. * Support and encourage KAIZEN and GEAR activities from all staff, to meet corporate goals. * Follow all general instructions where applicable as indicated in the GENERAL instructions section of the level III instructions manual. * Work in compliance and conform to all customer standards where applicable, for example; ISO45001, TISAX and ISO14001 and ensure department personnel comply with these standards. What you will need. * A good blend of education and/or experience equaling a minimum of three years. * Capable of organizing and managing business priorities and business equipment. * Strong organizational skills and problem-solving techniques. * Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural organization and provide direction and leadership. * Familiarity with S.A.P. system in an automotive manufacturing environment.
