Job Description: Our client has several positions available within their composite assembly manufacturing team to support the 2025 F1 car build. These roles involve producing composite parts and assemblies for a Formula One team, focusing on tooling, trimming, and bonding various composite components. The role is set to begin in January 2025 and run through August, following a night shift pattern. Principal Accountabilities: Produce parts in full compliance with engineering drawings. Ensure all parts conform to specific instruction sheets. Inspect completed components. Trim and assemble carbon fiber components. Handle the initial assembly of new car parts. Service items from races and tests. Prepare parts for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Ability to read engineering drawings and an engineering skills background. Strong practical skills. Experience with trimming and assembling carbon fiber is essential. Problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Basic PC literacy.
