Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is looking for a Component Finisher to join our client in Weymouth. The responsibilities of this role include: * Adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and company guidelines. * Operating within the Operator Control of Quality (OCQ) system. * Achieving production goals based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Ensuring work meets aerospace industry quality standards. * Collaborating with various departments to meet customer requirements and maintain high work standards. * Utilizing endoscopes and magnification equipment. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times. Required Skills and Experience: * Strong communication skills. * Self-driven with attention to detail. * Proficient with air tools and hand tools for precise work. * Knowledge of abrasive wheel operations is a plus. * Ability to use manual measuring equipment where necessary. * Previous experience in the aerospace industry is preferred. * Familiarity with engineering drawings and following instructions, such as job cards and work orders. * Strong organizational skills for ensuring repeatability and traceability.
