My client was established over 30 years ago and has its headquarters in London. They have built an outstanding reputation across the world by establishing themselves as specialists supplying technical support to local and international MROs (Maintenance Repair Organisation), airlines, private and corporate aircraft owners. Working with some of the biggest and most popular airlines in the world, they ensure all requirements carried out exceed expectations. Their site now is looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Establishing a Compliance Monitoring Program which addresses all the contracted maintenance support areas. Ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring System is effective in its application and any follow up actions required addressing findings Monitoring compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M. Ensuring establishment, revision and distribution control of the CAME. Liaising and communication with the relevant competent authorities. Monitoring all items carried out by the nominated Continuing Airworthiness staff as follows. Ensuring establishment and development of the continuing airworthiness policy and the approved maintenance programme as required by Part-M M.A.302. Analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance Programme as required by Part-M M.A.301(e) & Appendix 1 to AMC M.A.302. Ensuring technical records are kept as required by Part-M M.A.305 and the adequacy and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical follow up. Ensuring accomplishment of mandatory modification and repairs in accordance with approved standards and establishment of a policy for embodiment of nonmandatory modifications. Ensuring that aircraft Line and Base maintenance is accomplished in a timely manner and by approved AMOs. Ensuring embodiment of ADs or any other airworthiness requirements made mandatory by the NAA, CAA or EASA. Ensuring all defect rectification. The relationship with the approved Part-145 maintenance contractor(s) and establishment of a Maintenance Contract required by Part-CAMO CAMO.A.315 (c). Ensuring the reporting of technical incidences and major discrepancies to the authorities and the aircraft manufacturers. This includes both Mandatory Occurrences and occurrences related to maintenance findings, which fall outside the Mandatory scheme. Establishment and approval by the NAA of the operators Technical Log required by M.A.306. Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional NAA requirements. That the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aeroplane operated by the company remains valid in respect of the airworthiness of the aeroplane, and any other condition specified in the Certificate Initiate the airworthiness review or perform the airworthiness review to issue an ARC or send the recommendation to the responsible register NAA. Ensure that the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aeroplane operated/managed remains valid in respect to the expiry date specified on the ARC. Ensuring all the CAMO staff including him/her self-adhere to the SMS principles and processes. This includes but is not limited to encouraging safety reporting and promoting safety management aspects throughout the CAMO. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions. Generate periodic reports for senior management detailing compliance performance, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement. Provide guidance and training to CAMO staff regarding regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement of compliance programmes. Implement strategies to streamline processes while maintaining or enhancing compliance standards. Carry out SB assessment and liaison with customer for recommendation. Ensuring all defect rectification. Maintain the relationship with the approved Part 145 maintenance contractor(s). Ensuring the reporting of technical incidences and major discrepancies to CAA/NAA and the aircraft manufacturers. This includes both Mandatory Occurrences and occurrences related to maintenance findings, which fall outside the Mandatory scheme. Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional CAA/NAA national requirements. Ensure that the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft under your responsibility remains valid in respect of the airworthiness of the airplane, the expiry date specified on the Certificate and any other condition specified in the Certificate. Initiate the airworthiness review or perform the airworthiness review to issue an ARC or send the recommendation to the responsible register NAA. Tender management; requesting quotes, presenting offers to the client, control/review of invoices. Act as Airworthiness Review Staff (ARS) and carry out airworthiness review as per customer request if required. Standby duties for AOG support as scheduled. Qualifications Technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 License. Experience in a CAMO environment with a good track record and willing to go the extra mile. Detailed knowledge of EASA Part-M/145 regulations including Human Factors. Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs. Experience in Operator/MRO Software. Experience in VVIP operations / excellent IT Skills and experience with AMOS beneficial. Experience with B747, B777, B737, A340, A320, Gulfstream family types. Knowledge of auditing techniques including: planning, conducting and reporting Ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written, with attention to detail Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 27001
