Our client, a company working in the aerospace sector, are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their expanding team. The role of the Compliance Monitoring Manager will be to make sure our client passes approved CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) requirements and is compliant with laws, regulations and company policies. What the Compliance Monitoring Manager will be doing: Provide a Compliance Monitoring Program to address all of the companies contracted maintenance support. Monitor such-contracted activities. Ensure the Compliance Monitoring System is successful in its application and chasing up actions needed addressing the findings. Monitor compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M. Ensuring establishment, revision and distribution control of the CAMO. Liaise with relevant parties and authorities. What you can offer to the Compliance Monitoring Manager role: Long-lasting experience in aviation compliance with a focus on CAMO requirements. Vast knowledge on Aviation standards and regulations. Bachelors degree in any form of Aviation/Aerospace or advanced degree or certifications. Strong analytical skills to help with compliance trends and data.
