Communications Lead - 39785 - £31.35/hr umbrella rate We are seeking to recruit a Communications Lead for a 12 month contract opportunity in the Warwickshire area.  The role comes with a contract rate of £31.35 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35). Connectivity is essential to our goals of providing a Modern Luxury experience for the driver and passengers of our vehicles. We are seeking a driven Comms Lead who will be the expert Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (SFMC) responsible for creating and delivering the campaigns required to launch Connected Services. This will require significant cross-functional working within the business and it’s supporting agency partners. You will work as part of the Client Comms team with responsibility for ensuring communications across channels are ready for the successful role out of new connected services, being the SFMC Solution Expert, whilst implementing and developing global best practice for Connected Services. Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering campaigns in SFMC, setting up templates and automated journeys across regions. Be the solution expert for SFMC – taking campaign requirements for multiple products and markets and develop the solution in SFMC Liaise with technical and creative agency partners to plan for delivery of automated journeys globally – establish connection to other markets Business Units Action edits and fixes to in-life content and journeys Assist in reporting on Client Comms activity to ensure campaigns?meet KPIs and identify areas for improvement Continually test and optimise content for maximum engagement with path optimiser in SFMC Identify and manage risks and issues which impact readiness for delivery Support the team to execute the Client Communications?Strategy to drive client engagement and revenue targets Identify blockages and work with the Connected Services team to establish and implement solutions To apply for this Communications Lead role, you will need the following essential skills, knowledge and experience: Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert – content builder, data extensions, journey builder, automation studio, personalisation, dynamic content, AMPscript, html, global market business unit integration Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Specialist Certified Experience working with integrating platforms such as CRM, CMS Understanding of Agile delivery tools and platforms such as Jira & Confluence Experience in stakeholder management at all levels Experience working with creative and technical agency partners to deliver to a project brief Can effectively present data and issues to a senior audience. Desirable: Previous experience in ecommerce communications Knowledge and experience of digital products and Connected Services Digital marketing qualifications and experience e.g. Google Analytics.
