We have a client looking for an experienced Site Manager to run their Bus, Truck & Van depot. Role responsibilities: 1. To effectively manage and run the Service, Parts and Costing Departments and maintain a profitable workshop within company targets. 2. To work with other Site Managers in the Group and other support functions e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, Accounts, and other support teams effectively. 3. To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as planning, controlling and monitoring all processes. 4. To act with integrity at the highest level and ensure all accounts are paid and debts controlled. 5. Focus on maximising labour sales, parts sales and all profit channels. 6. Managing and developing employees and maintaining training development plans in conjunction with the HR department. 7. Ensuring all UK standards and legal regulations are met. 8. To comply with all Health & Safety regulations, laws and audits. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE (plus bonus) per annum Hours: Full Time, 45 Hours per week Benefits: 1. Private Medical Insurance 2.
