COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER Our client is a specialist for intelligent drive technology and systems. Their customers are in diverse industries such as oil and gas, energy, mining, ship technology, rail and commercial vehicles. They are looking to employ on a full time permanent basis an experienced Commercial Vehicle Field Services Engineer. This role will be home-based but candidates will need to be in the Luton area north of the M25. A company vehicle is provided. Drug and Alcohol related medical for all New Employees upon starting. Commercial Vehicle Field Services Engineer – Offer * £50k to £60k depending on experience * Hours are Mon-Thurs 08:00 to 17:00 and Fri 07:00 to 15:30, a 41 hour week * Annual Bonus – Pro rata on year of joining * Pension * Life Assurance * Private Health * Dental * Company vehicle is provided Commercial Vehicle Field Services Engineer – Responsibilities * Service support for commercial vehicles, electric drive and bus transmissions * Carry out diagnostics and repairs at customers sites * Carry out major unit exchanges * Support OEMs as required * Provide technical support and advice to sales colleagues * Complete and submit paperwork together with engineering reports * Maintenance stock levels * Maintain company vehicle Commercial Vehicle Field Services Engineer – Requirements * Completed an engineering apprenticeship as a minimum, preferred level 5 or higher qualification * Mechatronics and multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias * Background in field service engineering * Experience with electrical vehicles * Working knowledge of zero emission vehicles, electrical drive / fuel cell * Experience with high voltage vehicle systems * Working knowledge of variable speed electric drives and control systems * Good IT skills * A Full UK Driving Licence If this role sounds like you, please follow the prompts to apply or contact Gary at GHA Recruitment on (phone number removed)
