Role: Commercial Coordinator (12 month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Warrington, WA1 4RZ Hours: 37.5 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday  Are you detail-oriented and experienced in sales administration? We're looking for a proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Warrington on a 12-month fixed-term contract! Key Responsibilities: Issue quotations and raise purchase orders. Analyse and invoice jobs. Process and manage sales orders. Generate KPI reports. Support external Sales Team. Ensure accurate sales documentation. Identify and report data trends. Collaborate with departments to improve processes. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in an office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication and organisational skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team. Effective multitasking and analytical skills. Experience in Sales Office administration and CRM systems (desirable). Microsoft qualifications (desirable). Other Requirements: Flexible and willing to learn.
