With an expanding international footprint and an ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a commercially astute buyer who can directly influence margin, supply strategy, and business performance. This is not a transactional purchasing role. We are seeking a commercially driven professional who understands that buying is a strategic function — one that protects profitability, strengthens supplier partnerships, and enables long term continuity. The Opportunity As a key member of our purchasing team, you will take ownership of supplier performance, cost management, and sourcing strategy across our expanding product range. You will be responsible for: * Leading commercial negotiations to optimise cost, payment terms, and supply agreements * Developing strategic supplier partnerships across international markets * Identifying margin improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives * Managing product sourcing aligned with demand forecasts and growth targets * Analysing market trends to secure competitive advantage * Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product management, and operations * Supporting or leading logistics purchasing (freight, shipping, transport contracts) to strengthen overall supply chain efficiency About You * Proven experience in a commercially focused buying or procurement role * Strong negotiation skills with measurable cost-saving achievements * Commercially analytical, confident working with data and forecasting * Comfortable managing international supplier relationships * Experience in logistics procurement is highly advantageous * Automotive aftermarket or technical product experience is desirable but not essential You are ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated by performance. You understand how purchasing decisions directly impact profitability and growth.
