Collections Advisor £25,000 per annum + Bonus Crewe Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team and make a real difference in customer experience and collections performance. We’re on the lookout for a confident and customer-focused Collections Advisor to join our busy Crewe office. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and delivering high-quality service along the way. If you have a background in collections or customer service, and enjoy solving problems and building rapport with customers, we want to hear from you. As part of a company focused on innovation, sustainability, and transformation, you’ll play a key role in helping customers stay on top of their accounts while supporting our growth journey. What you’ll be doing · Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts · Making outbound calls and handling inbound queries to resolve outstanding balances · Negotiating fair and effective payment plans · Providing clear, empathetic communication around account status and payment options · Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and updates · Escalating complex or high-risk cases to the Senior Advisor or Supervisor when needed · Ensuring all activity complies with regulatory and company policies · Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and attending training · Meeting both individual and team performance targets What we’re looking for · At least 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role · Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to challenging conversations · A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business goals · Great time management and attention to detail · Familiarity with collections processes and basic regulatory knowledge (a plus) · Comfortable using collections software and data entry systems What you’ll get · 4
