You'll be setting and operating brand new 3. 4 & 5 axis CNC Machines to produce small and medium batch precision components. This company build life saving aerospace equipment This is a Continental Shift pattern covering 7 days a week rotating between 6am to 4pm and 12 midday to 10pm. You get 2 week holiday gaps and can swap shifts with your colleagues Set and operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture components Inspect components produced including 1st offs, last offs, routines and critical dimensions. Use of conventional measuring tools Work from precision engineering drawings and specifications Carry out basic maintenance Deburring of components You'll need Machine shop experience, able to work to Technical Drawings and specifications, experience required of operating, setting and programming CNC machines and tool setting, deburring and some manual milling and turning.
