We are looking for skilled OR semi skilled CNC SETTER OPERATORS to join one of the teams across the midlands. With sites in Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield, Leicester there must be a position waiting for you!!! CNC OPERATORS Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as TURNING, MILLING, GRINDING, etc. * Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine machining operations * Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency * Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications * Make adjustments to machine settings as needed * Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience as a CNC SETTER OPERATOR or similar role * Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations * Familiarity with materials handling and safety procedures * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
