CMM Programmer * Candidate must have extensive experience of CMM (coordinate measuring machine) Programming by using PC-DMIS CAD++ software. * Should have exposure to online CMM programming methods and procedures. * Liaison with Shop Floor for clarifications pertaining to projects. * Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer with Machining Background * Experienced in machine simulation software's CATIA/VERICUT/ICAM and machine Configuration setting. * Should be proficient enough to create manufacturing Process inspection sheets. Basic Qualification & Job Requirements * High School diploma or bachelor’s degree 3 to 6 years of manufacturing experience will be considered. * Candidate should be proficient in generating CMM programming for aerospace/Landing gear parts /structural components by using PC-DMIS 2023.1 or latest version * Should have solid experience of Creating irregular surface with clouds of points. * Should have skills of optimizing the CMM programs for various operations. * Require extensive experience in deciding selection of probes and probe heads for the specific operations. * Understand all GD&T symbols and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and their applications. * Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access & Excel. * Excellent reporting and writing skills. * You speak and write English well. Dutch is also important.
