Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing and optimizing Dealer Partners' performance. * Driving Dealer Marketing initiatives and Events delivery to achieve maximum ROI. * Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Leveraging your CRM expertise, preferably Salesforce, to ensure data quality and compliance. * Collaborating with our international teams and occasionally traveling across Europe. What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates who bring: * A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business. * Previous experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, preferably in the premium automotive sector. * Strong financial acumen and budget management skills. * Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus. * Fluency in a second European language is advantageous but not required. * Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite.
