Part-Time Relief Class 2 Driver Position Available Location: Various sites across the country, with base in Northampton Are you an experienced driver seeking a part-time role that offers stability, flexibility, and opportunities for growth? Look no further! We are currently recruiting a Class 2 Driver to join our dynamic team in Northampton. Please note that this position requires overnight stays away from home. Don't worry; we'll provide accommodation at a hotel located within 20 minutes of your work site. Responsibilities: • Delivering bins and collecting food waste on certain days, and transporting premium cooking oil while collecting used cooking oil on others. • Utilizing advanced handheld technology for accurate volume recording. • Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of your modern vehicle. Requirements: • Valid Class 2 driving licence with no DR10 or IN10 (or equivalent) licence offence codes and a maximum of 6 points. • Proficiency with Digital Tacho cards and a valid CPC qualification. • Preferably, prior experience in multi-drop, delivery, or collection roles. • Customer-facing experience is advantageous. • Knowledge or experience in the waste industry is beneficial. • Ability to lift and carry weights exceeding 20kg; manual handling training and medical screening will be provided. Pay Rate: • £15.00 per hour, Monday to Friday. • Nights out: £25.00 per night (when applicable). • Hotel expenses covered. Interested in Joining Us?
