Health & Safety awareness and work closely with the H&S team and managers to implement any improvements and sharing of lessons learned. Coach newly qualified drivers on all aspects of the role including Health & Safety, completion of inspection and delivery documentation and propose any improvements. Preparing and presenting educational material for newly qualified drivers. Support the team and promote a collaborative and positive work environment. Experience Required: Possession of a current C+E/HGV 1 licence and hold a valid driver CPC & DIGI card. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Car Transporter Driver is essential, and you must hold the relevant licence and required experience. Dedication to customer focus, to meet the expectations and requirements of all internal and external customers. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively. Good organisation and planning skills. No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes. A good level of physical fitness.
