New Permanent role for an Automotive Claims Handler required for a modern, leading repair group operating throughout the West Midlands. Immediate start available. My Client has been been established for over 25 years and have a reputation for quality repairs and outstanding customer service. They have strong relationships with insurance partners built on years of working together to provide an excellent repair journey for their customers. We are looking to add a Full-time Claims handler to the existing team at our repair centre in Rugby. 7am to 4pm (Hours can be adjusted) You will have an understanding of car body repair and the parts that are required to carry out vehicle repairs. We are looking for somebody with: • High level of customer service • Collection of Excess fees • Booking in accident repairs • Arranging deliveries and pick up of vehicles • Experience of handling motor claims preferred but not essential. • Attention to detail. • Process orientated. • Great communicator. • Can do attitude. In return we will offer you a competitive salary starting from £35,000 depending on skills and experience.
