Avionics Technicians - New contract available!  My client is looking for Avionics technicians with experience on rotary aircraft to join them on a 12 month contract. Location? - Odiham, Hampshire. Pay? - £31 per hour inside IR35. Duration? - 12 Months Experience wanted? - Avionics experience, experience on CH47 or rotary aircraft is desirable. Responsibilities - Will perform assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to address failures or implement improvements. Will conduct system assembly, disassembly, or overhauls. Will configure aerospace vehicles and operate bench test equipment. Will be proficient in troubleshooting complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and related electrical systems to diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues. Will validate and verify system and component testing. Will document procedures and processes to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements (e.g., repair records, test results, modifications, and inspection findings). Will collaborate with peers to ensure safe handling of aerospace vehicles and will provide mentoring to colleagues. Will work with minimal supervision. Ideally, the candidate will have extensive experience working on CH47 aircraft. Candidates must have full right to live & work in the UK.
