They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Responsibilities: * Actively engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements. * Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits. * Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and functionality of vehicles. * Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their budget and preferences. * Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to provide customers with a seamless buying experience. * Manage and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Excellent IT skills using technology to sell vehicles, network, manage information and communicate. Experience with Business IT Systems, preferably Kerridge * Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: * Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. * A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. * Self-motivated and target-oriented. * Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and current market trends.
