Job Title: Car Sales Executive Location: North Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE28 9ND Salary: £22,000 base salary and upcapped bonus – OTE Circa £40,000-£50,000 + company car + benefits Full Time and Permanent Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm Sales Executives will work 3 Saturday’s out of 4 and alternate Sundays Sales Executives will work a 5 day week, so if you are working a weekend shift you will get days’ off during the week, every month you will be guaranteed 1 whole weekend off. Our client has been serving the needs of North East motorists since 1925. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our client's sales team at their North Shields Dealership. Our client offers a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record (ideally within the automotive industry although not necessary as full training will be provided). Role and Responsibilities: * To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company * To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience * To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role The ideal candidate will: * Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. * Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever. * Hold a minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment. * Hold a valid UK driving licence. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ideal candidates will have previous car sales experience but they will also consider candidates with no car sales experience but who have previous face to face sales experience in a retail environment.
