Key Responsibilities * Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing an outstanding buying experience. * Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance options. * Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives. * Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. * Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. * Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential. * A confident, motivated and target-driven approach. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service focus. * Well-presented with a professional attitude. * Full UK driving licence.
