Car Sales Executive Duties: * Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional guidance and recommendations on suitable vehicles. * Conducting test drives and showcasing vehicle features to highlight their benefits. * Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring prompt and courteous responses at all times. * Negotiating sales prices and preparing sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Collaborating with the finance department to assist customers in securing suitable financing options. * Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. * Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance skills and knowledge. * Achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
