The Role We are looking for a experienced car sales consultant for our main dealer dealership in Milton Keynes. Car sales consultant with a bias towards used cars but you will need to deal with new car customers. FOR THIS ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED USED CAR SALES CONSULTANTS Starting salary for a Car sales consultant is £18,000 plus commission for 1st 3 months then going onto a scaling pay plan which puts the basic between £16 - £20k depending on previous 3 months performance this rolls on every 3 months. We have sales consultants earning £60,000 + on this pay plan and are not afraid to pay the right money for hard working consultants. This is a 5 day week but does include working Saturdays and Sundays, not every one as this is on a rota and you will get a full weekend of a month. You will also get a day off in the week for weekend working. This is a main dealer and all the usual benefits apply including a company vehicle so you will need a full Uk driving Licence, saf and Fca accreditation very helpful as we need someone to hit the floor running.
