Car Park / Site Coordinator - Bristol Due to continued success, our client is looking for a Site Coordinator to join the team at their stunning dealership in Bristol. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient, and well-organised. A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. A full UK driving licence (preferably clean) is also required. What's the Role? You'll be responsible for ensuring customers can easily park and access the dealership, while helping to keep the site running smoothly and professionally. Key responsibilities include: Managing on-site vehicle movements, including for-sale vehicles, demonstrators, and customer cars Transporting vehicles to and from a nearby storage compound Keeping the car park well-organised and accessible for customers Providing friendly, professional customer service upon arrival Maintaining the car park to a high standard-this includes tidying, litter picking, recycling, and occasional weeding around the site Assisting with phone calls during busy times and covering during staff breaks Helping customers park and directing them to appropriate areas Handling parking-related enquiries in a helpful, approachable manner What's in It for You? 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break) Opportunities for paid overtime Salary: £22,222.20 (£12.21 per hour) 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) Access to an employee benefits platform and support programme Discounted rates on vehicle parts and servicing Opportunities for training and career progression Contributory pension scheme (for eligible staff) Life insurance (2x basic salary) Why Join Our Client?
